Return Process

Email our customer care team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Our team will review your request; please note that for safety reasons, opened food items cannot be physically returned but may qualify for a credit or replacement.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions for your unique situation.
